1. Title: Contract Administrator
2. Reports to: General Manager
3. Compensation: Negotiable
4. Overview: In charge of all EdUGames contract.
5. Responsibilities:
5.1 Maintains the Contract Pages at the EdUGames web site, posting RFB and RFP as
necessary.
5.2 Reviews all bids and forwards summaries and comments to the appropriate manager.
5.3 Maintains the Contract Status Database.
5.4 Maintains the Contractor Database.
5.5 With the concurrence of the Director of Content Development, places Researcher,
Authors and Editors on the Approved list.
5.6 Awards and Administers all Contracts, including the final approval of all payments.
5.7 Maintains contact with contractors as necessary to insure the smooth working
of the contract process.
5.8 Reviews all correspondence concerning contractors and contract relations and
responds as necessary. |
